Nicki

Nicki is a former Child Life Specialist and teacher turned small business owner. She started cleaning houses as a side hustle, and realized she loved the freedom of self-employment as well as the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the community. She has always had a heart to help others, and strives to provide personalized services that are friendly, thorough, and affordable. She believes that CCC’s cleaning services make room for clients to find more joy in their days. She also continues to work hard to provide a kind and supportive work environment to a diverse group of staff members. She knows that being a boss is ever-evolving, and she hopes to endlessly grow and learn to be better. Nicki envisions the company continuing to provide more and more employment opportunities and supportive benefits to staff. She hopes that more single mothers and women in need of an encouraging workplace with a steady income find a community within CCC. When she’s not cleaning or managing, Nicki enjoys digging in her yard, scooting around the city on her Vespa, and having a glass of wine on the swing while watching the chickens scratch around.

Tempestt

Tempestt started with CCC in 2015, when she brought her love of taking care of others into clients’ homes. Tempestt came to us through Atlanta Leadership Club, a nonprofit that works with Atlanta youth and families, encouraging self esteem, teaching job skills, and striving to better the lives of those involved and their loved ones. Tempestt plans to continue honing her cleaning and management skills so that she can eventually open her own small business, continuing to transform living spaces and engage positively with her community. When she’s not working with us, Tempestt enjoys her three wonderful, sassy children, spending time with any of her ten siblings, and getting lost in one of the many genres of literature she loves.
